We have lots of options for you to choose from in terms of delivery of your marble product to ensure it stays safe and arrives in the best condition.

Option 1: Pick up your order from the Marble Basin Hub showroom

We would love to see you at our warehouse to collect your order.  Alternatively, you can organise for your own courier to come and collect it at the warehouse for no additional fee. Option 2: Delivery to your door

If you decide to have your Marble Hub product delivered by courier, our couriers are reliable and handle our products with the greatest of care.  We also provide full tracking capability during the transit so you know exactly where your product is and when it will arrive.  You can request for the courier to collect a signature upon delivery at your end or we can arrange an Authority to Leave.

The delivery of the freestanding basin is to the kerbside of your address by forklift or Hiab crane.

Dispatch time of online orders:

All orders are generally dispatched within 1 day from receipt of payment excluding weekends & public holidays.

Option 3: Express delivery

For those who can’t wait to see their new Marble Hub product or are on a tight schedule, our Express delivery is the perfect solution.  Please contact us to give you the best shipping cost for the express delivery.

Delivery cost:

We aim to deliver your order as economically as possible. The delivery cost is based on the weight of the item and the post code. It will be calculated at the check-out of the shopping cart.

Damaged items during transit

We have a strong network of reliable logistic partners who take excellent care of goods in transit.  However, on the rare occasion that an item is damaged, we are happy to send a replacement immediately.  All you need to do is email some photographs of the damage as soon as you notice it.

We will return your item if we accept that the products were damaged or faulty at the time of delivery to you. In this case, we will replace the products or credit your PayPal Account with a full refund.
